VP / Senior Client Director - Media & Entertainment

The Senior Client Director /VP is responsible for the sale of the company solutions to new and existing clients. This individual will fully manage the daily activities/relationship of an approved level of Corporate clients and will make significant contributions to their marketing research plans.

- Passion for Market Research and Technology to support
- Experience selling market research solutions within the Media & Entertainment vertical
- Experience in helping clients adopt new technologies or approaches
- High level of client engagement to develop commercially viable solutions
- Ability to deliver demonstrations and presentations
- An ability to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, relevant industry trends, and competition
- 7+ years selling Market Research solutions and or related experience
- You are a strong listener and client advocate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Undergraduate degree /advanced degree or continuing education a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop business from new and prospective clients as well as look to expand existing and or lapsed client relationships
- Responsible for fully managing the daily activities and relationship of clients and the sale of company solutions to clients
- Must be perceived by the client as an expert in understanding their research needs
- Develop and prioritize a sales territory to uncover new business opportunities within client base
- Develop & help maintain client relationships by conducting regular proactive contact campaigns to generate business
- Provide smooth transition of project specifications to the sales support team through effective internal communications and proper client profile documentation
- Educating potential clients about online marketing research and Toluna
- Making sales presentations, write proposals and provide bids to clients
- Designing the appropriate research projects to address the marketing issues raised by clients
- Keeping a pulse of the progress of projects and follow up with clients in an effort to develop ongoing relationships and repeat business
