VP, Qualitative Recruiting
We are seeking a VP, Qualitative Recruiting for our respondent services division.
This new role will report directly to the COO. The role is responsible for building relationships with clients, oversight of project managers, project coordinators, and our in-house recruiting team. You will be quoting proposals, following up on proposals, managing day-to-day operations of the qualitative team, creating future goals, and helping move the firm forward.
Our ideal candidate has run the qualitative operations and project teams at a focus group facility or qualitative support services for at least 5 years and has 10+ years of industry experience.
This role entails:
- Complete management of the day-to-day operations of a seven-person VIRTUAL qualitative project team and virtual phone center with up to 20 recruiters.
- Manage the team during the fielding of the project so that quotas and deadlines are met or exceeded in an efficient manner.
- Full understanding of qualitative recruiting so you can envision, suggest, and price solutions for current and future clients.
- Responsible for all client interaction, project pricing, project consultation, and client retention
- Work with clients on project consultation and best methodologies
- Conducts client information/sales calls with prospective clients along with the client service rep to move the relationship forward.
- Work to increase client retention through reviewing post-project follow-up
- Represent the firm and the brand at conferences, virtual and in-person, once in-person resumes, and build relationships with individual clients.
- Responsible for hiring within the division, training programs, and employee development
- Implement training programs and manuals for all employees
- Oversee training of new employees
- Handle employee review program
- Oversee all project and incentive billing for accuracy
- Maintains monthly goal system for department and employees
- Become the in-house expert on the services we provide from an operational standpoint
- KPI & profitability responsibility as part of the team
Ideal Candidate:
- BA/BS from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 5 years senior executive experience in qualitative operations
- Understanding of the Decipher platform
