Head of Sales, North America Hunter Sales
As the VP of Sales & Customer Success, you’ll provide critical leadership and guidance on revenue strategy, organizational scaling, sales management, systems, programs, and go-to-market effectiveness.
Your role will cover everything from identifying new opportunities, driving demand and lead generation, to developing and evolving market positioning, value propositions and repeatable customer case studies.
You will be empowered to leverage your obsessive focus on client satisfaction to drive account health, happiness and expansion, and be responsible for overall company revenue growth.
Our ideal candidate is a proven sales and account management executive with a history of success in securing new logos, retaining key accounts and expanding existing customer relationships in market research and CX space, with experience preferred in Media & Entertainment, CPG, Technology and/or Financial Services.
Above all, you’re a strategic thinker with a “player-coach” mentality who doesn’t shy away from the day-to-day aspects of running the business.
This is a full-time remote role. Travel will be required. The position will report directly to the CEO and manage the sales and customer success teams.
What You’ll Do
Drive all strategic initiatives and programs around revenue generation.
Set top-down goals and metrics/KPIs for internal success and external growth.
Define go-to-market models for the platform and portfolio of product offerings.
Integrate the technology stack (Hubspot, Tableau, etc.) into day-to-day revenue operations.
Create and demand and lead relationship management with primary decision-makers at major current and prospective brands/accounts.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members in Sales and Customer Success.
Recruit and scale a Sales organization based on effectiveness and efficiency around quota models and attainment
Collaborate with Marketing, Product & Platform, and other teams to design and execute effective sales campaigns.
Support the CEO and other senior leadership on identifying and establishing new revenue streams and other opportunities of growth for the company.
Travel periodically to onsite meetings in the LA and/or NYC area.
Why We’ll Love You
At least 9 - 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS-driven sales and account management, preferably for measurement and insights solutions.
Background in media & entertainment is ideal; familiarity with quant/qual data and market research is a plus.
Proven track record of leading revenue growth for small-to-mid-sized technology companies.
Previous experience managing teams and mentoring other sales executives and account managers.
Not intimidated by the numbers (you’re a “data geek” at heart).
Comfortable interacting with key stakeholders at large enterprise companies.
Experience in enterprise selling motions and high-velocity inside sales models
Experience in land and expand account acquisition and development
Technically-savvy and analytically-minded.
