Services for Market Research is our largest division with proprietary panels in many European Markets. We work with market research companies, providing respondents for online research surveys.
We are expanding rapidly following their recent acquisitions in Italy. As a result of this growth we are now recruiting a new Survey Programmer to join our Milan-based team.
The Job
Your key responsibilities will be to: Day-to-Day
- programming surveys on the desired Online platform based on the customer's template
- program questionnaires routings (question skips, filters, rotations, consistency checks, stimuli processing, etc)
- set-up multi-language surveys for international projects
- analyze surveys structure and propose pertinent programming solutions
- test the questionnaires for filtering and data consistency
- inform in cases of incoherencies regarding the proposed filters, questions type .... you will work closely with the project managers and communicate with colleagues from sales and the management you will receive training on the internal software used by the Company
And You
With at least 1 year of experience with usage of survey software (Confirmit, Dimensions, Decipher ...) and a University degree in Computer Science or diploma in related field.
With and Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience / knowledge with JQuery and Javascript.
Experience with SPSS can be a plus.
Italian mother tongue or equivalent.
Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
