Description

The Position: Strategic Partnerships Coordinator

Assuring that client's partners are properly aligned to address all of our needs is critical to our continued growth and success. It will be your responsibility to analytically detect and explore trends to anticipate the
needs of
our partners, interpret our partner's requests, and guarantee that we understand their needs and have the capabilities necessary to utilize their services to the fullest.
As a vital touchpoint between Paradigm Sample and our partners,Strategic Partnerships Coordinators must possess an upbeat spirit, a zest for innovation, and a passion to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

Network with new and existing partners to build new bridges and strengthen existing relationships
Serve as an internal advocate for strategic partners within the organization
Develop an intimate understanding of partners, their capabilities, and their needs
Team up with client service and operations teams to build and execute delivery strategies
Work closely with our teams to ensure that the needs of our partners are being met
Coordinate with our global operations teams to ensure that our partners receive satisfactory guidance
during
all phases of project delivery
Review contractual agreements and negotiate working arrangements for new and existing partnerships
Develop and maintain a vendor database, and provide weekly analysis on vendor performance

Skills and Qualifications Needed

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with outstanding Excel and analytical skills
BA/BS- previous experience in Market Research is preferred
