Senior Sales Account Executive
The client provides custom research solutions to many of the
world’s most successful and innovative organizations is in search of a seasoned account executive with supplier-side sales experience. This role is responsible for generating new business for full-service marketing research services across a range of industries and product categories. The preferred candidate would have experience with both qualitative and quantitative research among consumer and B2B audiences.
This growth-oriented position is ideal for a self-starter seeking a client-centric organization that is passionate about delivering great work.
We are looking for a candidate located near northern New Jersey who would eventually split time between their home and the office. However remote candidates across the United States would be considered.
Reach out to market research decision-makers in medium & large-sized companies, advertising agencies, public relations firms, and non-profits
Generate leads and opportunities using your existing network, prospecting, and events
Secure RFPs and develop winning proposals
Secure and lead client meetings and sales presentations
Manage client relationships
Collaborate with research and operational teams to develop and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, deliverables, resources, and budget.
Provide high-level analytical guidance on sold research projects with strong support from internal research staff and analysts
Track activity on a continual basis and submit weekly reports
Effectively build a sales pipeline and close new business
Develop long-term prospect and client sales plans
Attend industry conferences in a business development capacity
10+ years in market research with sales experience at a full-service research company
A self-starter with a proven track record of generating new business, expanding client relationships, and meeting
Remote in the USA, or New Jersey
