Senior Project Manager, Quantitative Research
Overview
The client is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager, Quantitative Research based in our Los Angeles office (or New York City). Ideally, this candidate will have 3-5 years of supplier-side experience including work with international brand tracking studies.
Duties include:
• Project management (timelines, resource planning, team coordination)
• Instilling best practice processes to ensure quality and consistency
• Updating and maintaining questionnaires
• Quality assurance and testing of surveys
• Managing vendors (programming, fielding, translations, etc.)
• Maintaining documentation
• Population of report templates and quality control of reporting
Required Skills
• Solid understanding of market research methodologies including:
o Questionnaire design
o Sampling methodology (sample size, stratification, weighting, etc.)
o Setting up code frames
o Significance testing
• Experience managing global brand equity / tracking studies with a high degree of complexity
• Strong attention to detail and focus on process
• Solid writing / communication skills
• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Additional Desired Skills
• Experience on back-end reporting such as generating banner tabs, designing data visualizations, report generation, and insights extraction
