Senior Project Manager, Quantitative Research

Overview
The client is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager, Quantitative Research based in our Los Angeles office (or New York City). Ideally, this candidate will have 3-5 years of supplier-side experience including work with international brand tracking studies.

Duties include:

Project management (timelines, resource planning, team coordination)
Instilling best practice processes to ensure quality and consistency
Updating and maintaining questionnaires
Quality assurance and testing of surveys
Managing vendors (programming, fielding, translations, etc.)
Maintaining documentation
Population of report templates and quality control of reporting

Required Skills
Solid understanding of market research methodologies including:
o Questionnaire design
o Sampling methodology (sample size, stratification, weighting, etc.)
o Setting up code frames
o Significance testing
Experience managing global brand equity / tracking studies with a high degree of complexity
Strong attention to detail and focus on process
Solid writing / communication skills
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Additional Desired Skills
Experience on back-end reporting such as generating banner tabs, designing data visualizations, report generation, and insights extraction
