We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Insights team.

Your role will be to work across a number of account teams, blending quantitative and qualitative research solutions to provide insights for our clients that will help make their brands connect, engage, and ultimately matter to people.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a real passion for brands and marketing and is naturally curious about people to join one of the largest independent brand experience agencies in the country.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and build PowerPoint reports and presentations
  • Analyze data and uncover meaningful brand insights
  • Support Insight team members with client projects
  • Coordinate the smooth running of quantitative and qualitative studies
  • Uncover insights and deliver actionable brand recommendations
  • Assist with designing questionnaires and discussion guides
  • Manage fieldwork, conduct interviews and help run focus groups
  • Contribute to thought leadership (i.e. blogs, proprietary research, etc.)

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology or Social Sciences (or similar field)
  • 2-4 years of market research experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for reading research
  • Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis techniques
  • Passionate about brands and marketing
  • Good organizational and project management skills
  • Experience managing multiple different projects and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Exposure to SPSS, Decipher, Sawtooth, and R a plus
