(Senior) Account Manager – Online Panel Sales                                                  

With more than 2 million respondents in 12 European countries, the client is a leading provider of online market research services in Europe and especially in the German-speaking countries. Their core product is the provision of online survey participants to market research companies.  

 

Therefore, we are now looking for a

(Senior) Account Manager – Online Panel Sales.

 

Your tasks:

  • You work closely with a Business Development  Director and support him in attracting new customers and expanding existing business  relationships
  • You handle inquiries from existing customers and prospective customers, advise them on planned projects, evaluate the feasibility and create offers
  • For ongoing online field service projects,  you are a contact for our Project  Managers
  • After the project is completed, you bring the projects to invoicing
  • Through the distribution of Online Panels and digital, innovative data collection methods you also gain  new customers such as market research agencies, companies, universities and increase the bond with existing customers
  • You stay up-to-date on new products, industry challenges, and strengths and weaknesses of the competition
  • You work closely with  The Project Manager to ensure project success
  • You need important sales metrics such as offers, contacts, meetings,

 
Your profile:

  • You can have several years of successful sales experience in  online market research, preferably in the online panel  industry,
  • You have a degree in economics, computer science, sociology, psychology, etc. or training as a specialist for market and social research
  • Enjoy   advising and selling products & services that need an explanation
  • Due to your strong communication skills, it is not difficult for you to establish    a close customer relationship
  • The customer is the focus of your actions because you want to understand his  challenges and help him to succeed
  • You are an outspoken team player
  • You keep a cool head even on turbulent days and know  how to prioritize
  • Your affinity for numbers helps you in your  daily work
  • You speak fluently German and have  a reliable knowledge of English
