SALES DIRECTOR

 

The client is looking to hire a motivated Sales Director that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic selling environment. The comapny is rapidly growing, and this would be a great opportunity to advance and continue your career. The candidate will play a fundamental role in our growth objectives and you will be an integral part of the success. Looking for someone who is a self-motivated, has experience within the Online MR space managing relationships, and has experience prospecting and opening new accounts.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals and performance goals
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and revenue
  • Uncover and open up new prospects and lapsed customers.
  • Reach out to your past contacts and clients to continue the relationship with the company
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Must be a hunter and willing to make the call to open up new business
  • Use Linkedin and other MR databases to identify and open up new accounts

 

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Must have held a previous sales quota with a track record of over-achieving
  • Must have Online MR experience selling Sample (Consumer, B2B, Healthcare)  
  • Comfortable calling into C-Level/Owner roles within small and mid-size companies.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Willing to travel to conferences several times per year and to meet clients
  • Ability to present a sales deck and give a web presentation
  • Strong listening and presentation skills

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Looking for Sales Professionals who have a carried a quota for 3+ years
  • Proven Business Development Representative with 3+ years sales experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
