Our client is focused on helping organizations improve people’s financial lives. Results from a study for PayPal on the Future of Work were released at the World Economic Forum in Davos in January 2019.
The client is also the author of the Future of Money Study. This forward-thinking study highlights the consumer mindset around how we make, spend, save, and invest. Results are shared with clients, presented at events, on social media, and have been picked up in the press and on online channels.

Research Analyst
Whether you have just a few years of experience or decades working on and supporting research projects, you are a highly motivated self-starter who will support the execution and reporting for qualitative and quantitative research studies.
Your work with our team to understand who your clients are, how to establish and proactively respond to their needs and create solutions to deliver results to clients on time and budget and support the team’s ability to bring insights and strategic thinking to each project.
You will go above and beyond to become an integral member of a team. This is a small growing company where you can develop your skills and will be asked to jump in on a variety of activities.

Responsibilities:
Ask the questions that will allow you to understand client needs and manage expectations
Provide superior client service
Support the execution and analysis of research studies
Oversee data quality and integrity
Manage fielding of studies
Program surveys
Develop cross-tabs
Effectively work with other team members
Analyze qualitative and quantitative research results
Create PowerPoint presentations
Proof, edit and maintain high-quality deliverables
Experience and Skills:
Excellent follow through and detail orientation
Ability to program surveys
Ability to program tabs
Field management experience
Client-service oriented
Team player
Ability to exercise judgment and discretion
Excellent written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Expertise/experience in quantitative research design and analysis
Professional, self-motivated, energetic, takes initiative and will do and learn on own; detail-oriented and hard working
Fluent with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SPSS a plus
College grad, preferably with psychology, statistics, business, and marketing related classes
Graduate degree a plus
