Project Manager
The client is a leading provider of online market research services in Europe, with over 2 million respondents in 12 European countries. Their core products are the provision of online survey participants to market research companies as well as the implementation of online market research projects.
As a reinforcement for our project management team, we are looking for you for our office in Berlin or Cologne.
Your tasks:
- You work in a team with colleagues from sales, programming as well as with the management, so that every project becomes a success
- You plan, coordinate and independently carry out complex and sophisticated national and international online market research projects from commissioning to data delivery
- You build effective, professional relationships with our customers and advise on questionnaire design
- You write specifications for programming online questionnaires and data evaluations
- You check the functionality of surveys and the integration in our systems
- You create samples from our online access panel and invite our participants to survey
- You ensure that our quality standards, as well as those set by our customers, are adhered to.
- And be careful that not only rules on data protection, but also rules of conduct of market research are adhered to
Your profile:
- You have experience in project management in the market research industry, preferably in the field of online panels
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, sociology, psychology, etc. or an apprenticeship as a specialist in market and social research.
- You are a good communicator and can juggle with a variety of tasks
- You have very good German and English skills
- You are experienced in Microsoft Office and have a good understanding of Internet technologies
- You have experience with data collection platforms (such as .B. Decipher/Confirmit), SPSS knowledge would also be an advantage
- You have a high number affinity as well as a strong structure-analytical mind
