As a researcher on the product team, you will be driving research engagements from concept to results delivery. You’ll be working with high profile clients and internal Company stakeholders to ensure the voice of the customer gets incorporated into all product decisions. You will be responsible for running qualitative and quantitative research studies end to end: planning, designing, executing studies, analyzing data and presenting findings. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, working directly with product teams while maintaining client and internal stakeholder relationships. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Design, and Conduct remote qualitative and quantitative user research studies with the Company platform
  • Analyze findings and deliver actionable insights – wow the product team – be the exemplar of exceptional UX research practices 
  • Advise the Company product team and leadership on product and service direction based on user data
  • Establish and manage internal stakeholder relationships 
  • Demonstrate best practice UX research while integrating with clients 
  • Manage a private pool of participants 

Qualifications:

Must have

  • BA/BS or MA/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, Psychology or related fields
  • 5 years of UX research or relevant experience
  • Proven knowledge and experience with a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis
  • Knowledge and experience with software applications, web applications, websites, responsive sites & native mobile apps 
  • Savvy with Excel 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Can work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to ramp up quickly on new products and technologies

Nice to have

  • Experience working with remote user testing tools
  • Visual design skills and knowledge about Adobe suite products to help tell the stories of the data and paint the future vision of the Company platform
  • Experience with prototyping technologies such as Just in Mind or Axure
