Partners Success Onboarding Manager
Overview:
The continued high growth requires building closer relations with existing and new supply partners. As a result, the client has created the Partner Success team, to build, optimize and support the relationships and value of our partnerships. The position of the Partners Success Onboarding Manager – Private pricing will be the commercial lead on building the private networks. It is key to building and maintaining exceptional partner relationships through a positive partner experience by building the relationship and providing technical optimization expertise.
The successful candidate will have applicable technical expertise as well as great customer service and business acumen. The candidate will lead solution building conversations to ensure the technical, private market place owner and 3rd party suppliers are all able to work together in the market place. Market Research industry expertise will help but is not essential. Must be personable and client/partner facing.
The ideal candidate is driven and motivated, -proven record in SaaS account management and sales and thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Validates sales quotations for accuracy and profitability
- Owns the sales cycle including contracting and rate cards
- Become the expert in the client's Supplier Technology Suite, including API integrations, and troubleshooting processes. Demo Supply Products to prospects and partners.
- Support the Sales/Customer Success team with knowledge of supply and quality standards.
- Upsell private market place suppliers
- Upsell supply partners
- Navigate and maintain up-to-date internal records in, but not limited to, NetSuite (CRM), and Microsoft applications –Contribute to the team’s ongoing success by sharing knowledge, documenting scalable process and procedure, and proactively suggesting improvements and solutions
- Play the lead role for the client's largest global customer, as they onboard their supply chain to the private network solution – lead in communication, partner management and internal (global) coordination
- Providing support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Commercial lead from supply side on current private marketplace opportunities. Will work very closely with Demand lead counterpart
- Own ongoing relationship with Suppliers and optimize the relationship
Education and Experience
- 4+
- University/College degree
- Preferably experience in marketing, finance or statistics
- Proven experiences with APIs and XML are a plus
- Experienced in analyzing and developing appropriate pricing strategies.
- Fluent in English (writing, reading, speaking)
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail
- Proven account management record with ongoing sales
Travel Requirement:
- You may be required to travel up to 50% of the time for partner meetings, industry events and team trainings.
