Partner Success Manager  - Americas

Role Overview:

The client is looking for an experienced Account Manager / Technical Support Expert to join our high performing Americas Partner Success Team as a Partner Success Manager. The successful candidate will have applicable technical expertise as well as great customer service and business acumen. Market Research industry expertise will help, but is not essential. Must be personable and client/partner facing.

 

The ideal candidate is driven and motivated, enjoys client service, is interested in technology, and thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments.

Role Responsibilities

  • Onboard new partners by hosting kick off calls, advising on technical setups (iframe and API builds), complete all technical aspects of implementation and ensuring the partnership is optimized when launched.
  • Become the expert in the Technology Suite, including API integrations, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Demo  Supply products to prospects and partners (C-Suite and Panel Managers)
  • Grow supply with mid-tier partners by making technical and commercial recommendations to grow their business as well as supporting day-to-day queries from partners.
  • Support the Sales/Customer Success team with knowledge of supply and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the team’s ongoing success by sharing knowledge, documenting scalable process and procedure, and proactively suggesting improvements and solutions
  • Navigate and maintain up-to-date internal records in, but not limited to, NetSuite (CRM), Zendesk and Microsoft applications

Skills, Experience & Abilities

  • University/College degree
  • Fluent in English (writing, reading, speaking), additional language skills are a plus
  • Experience from the Market Research industry is an advantage
  • Demonstrable experience in executing process-driven tasks
  • Strong knowledge of customer/partner success and customer support experience
  • Bonus points: Social Selling experience, a strong LinkedIn and digital profile and an understanding of solution selling methodologies

Travel Requirement:

  • You may be required to travel up to 25% of the time for partner meetings, industry events and team trainings.
