How do we work?
Our mission is to make behavioral insights the norm – New Business Developers sometimes must work with stakeholders who are used to traditional market research methods to change course and exponentially improve the way they gather insights about consumers or users. What is this role about?

This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and our growing portfolio of solutions, coupled with adaptability to different industry verticals (FMCG, Healthcare, Media, Tech, etc.).

This is an opportunity to establish relationships and join a small team for New business acquisitions in the US.
• Identifying new clients that would benefit from the client's scalable remote solutions
• Initiating and developing client relationships through meetings, presentations, networking, conferences, etc.
• Driving an increase sales to achieve our ambitious growth plans
• Presenting our capabilities to Fortune 500 global companies, understanding their business outlook, and demonstrating how we could partner with them
• Staying current with the competitors' strengths and weaknesses; effectively articulating our unique competitive advantage in the market
• Extracting the maximum value from our CRM tools to drive client acquisition
• Collaborating with other teams (Brand and Communication, Pre-sales, Insights, Product, R&D) to push our growth forward.
• Supported by a designated team for the RFP/RFI process
• 3+ years of successful sales experience in a business environment. However, years of experience are not the deciding factor – instead, what skills you extracted from your experiences
• 3+ years of experience working in market research or consumer behavior – strong research background
• Native-level spoken and written English
• Excellent negotiation skills, history of successfully pitching for new business
• Proven track record of increasing revenue through lead generation, skills in prospecting & proposal-building
• Interest in innovation, consumer insights, and marketing
