We’ve automated the ability for any organization to analyze and better understand the emotions and sentiments of their customers - so they can drive significant improvement in their product and brand experiences.

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll drive all things marketing, from creative direction and branding to PR and demand generation with a major emphasis on content generation/marketing. Through the execution of a diverse range of programs, you’ll help manage the organization’s day-to-day marketing activities while developing and caring for the long-term strategy.


The ideal candidate is a formidable writer excited about the SaaS and B2B technology space. You’re relentlessly data driven and have a passion for developing a brand identity that stands out in a crowded field.


This role will be responsible for managing multiple freelancers and interns, and reports directly to the COO. This is a full-time position based in NYC.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop email marketing plans to increase sales prospects and promote brand awareness.
  • Create sales & marketing collateral and manage content distribution across a variety of channels.
  • Manage demand gen functions in HubSpot.
  • Partner with Client Services and Product to create messaging, assets, and branding that successfully engage targeted prospects.
  • Manage SEO strategy and campaigns on paid social media accounts.
  • Assist with the development and execution of product launch initiatives, including email campaigns and webinars.
  • Oversee creative direction for all client-facing marketing materials, including one-pagers and presentation decks.

Why We’ll Love You
  • At least 3 - 4 years of marketing experience in SaaS and/or with B2B software.
  • Proficient in HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  • Past experience in SEO strategy.
  • Detailed knowledge of creative branding and direction.
  • Analytically-minded and digitally savvy.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with the tech startup environment.
  • Background in social listening and/or data analytics & insights is a plus!
