The company

With over 2 million survey participants in 12 European countries, the client is a leading provider of online market research services in Europe and especially in the German-speaking countries. Their core product is the provision of online survey participants for market research companies and continues to expand with offices in Paris, Berlin, Cologne, London, Madrid, Milan, Leuven, Copenhagen, Odense, Stockholm and Helsinki. Therefore we are looking for a (Junior) Account Manager full-time in Zurich.


Your profile

  • You have least 1-2 years of successful sales experience in market research, preferably in the online panel industry.
  • You enjoy consulting and selling products & services that require explanation.
  • Your affinity for numbers helps you in your daily work.
  • You are highly motivated to achieve your goals and to be successful in a team.
  • Your strong communication skills make it easy for you to build close customer relationships.
  • The client is the focus of your actions, because you want to understand his challenges and help him to succeed.
  • You keep cool on turbulent days and know how to prioritize.
  • You speak fluent German and business English.

 

Your tasks

  • Working closely with our Key Account Managers who manage our biggest clients
  • Selling directly to our Key Accounts
  • Covering the whole sales process from inquiries, evaluating feasibility, advising the client, preparing offers, selling the project, sales-side support and coordination of projects and invoicing
  • Cooperating closely with the project manager to ensure the success of the project
  • Maintaining continuously important sales figures such as offers, contacts, meetings etc.
  • Staying up to date on new products, industry challenges and competitive strengths and weaknesses
