The Function

We are looking to employ a seasoned executive to lead the sales operations department, monitoring the effectiveness of sales efforts and ensuring that they are aligned with the overall business objectives.

In this position, the Global Head of Sales Operations creates processes that enable visible and transparent management and that utilize the available tools or implement new ones that bring about increased sales effectiveness.

The objective of the group is clearly to aggressively expand upon our significant success in the market.

The Global Head of Sales Operations' responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Frontline Sales
  • Manage Sales Territories, help design and administer Sales Territories for the Field and Inside Sales teams. Ensure timely assignments in CRM and team updates
  • Manage our Sales Technology Stack, ensuring we provide the best tools to our Sales Team for prospecting, deal management, and close process. Conduct tools evaluations, manage vendor relationships and contracts
  • Drive tools adoption through training and enablement
  • Manage Contracts & Billings Process, develop and administer the process to provide accurate contract and billing information in CRM
  • Manage and administer the CRM, including metadata management, data quality, and integrity, reports, and dashboards, automation of business processes through workflow rules and custom objects, user management, and lead/account assignments
  • Support Sales Compensation implementation and administration. Develop a system for Sales team members to simulate and track their variable compensations
  • Develop training resources, Sales Processes and Sales Tools, Support Onboarding, Enablement training & Sales Kick-offs
  • Continually strive to improve all Sales Operations processes and programs, gathering facts, diagnosing problems, proposing solutions to senior management
  • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success and Product Management on inter-related projects and initiatives

The Global Head of Sales Operations assists the sales department in driving sales growth strategies and ensuring that these strategies are adopted in all levels of the department. The Global Head of Sales Operations is charged with developing improvement plans that are based on sales performance reports and surveys.

He/she also implements consumer segmentation, targeting, and positioning initiatives that assist senior sales management/executives in deciding resource allocation based on the internal requirements and the external market. In this capacity, the Global Head of Sales Operations assists in the identification of solutions and technologies that drive sales efficiency and, consequently, revenue growth.

The Global Head of Sales Operations identifies market trends and tracks key competitors and on a regular basis, conducting competitive and SWOT analyses. In this capacity, he/she also develops sales reports for senior sales management and relevant stakeholders as well as driving the adoption and usage of sales automation solutions.

 

The requirements

  • 8-12 years of total Sales domain experience including 3+ years of Sales Operations experience in the technology industry
  • Significant experience managing larger teams
  • Multi geography exposure mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Self-starter, reliable team player with ability to deliver projects on-time
  • Ability to thrive in high-growth, rapidly changing environment, and to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Location : remote in the US and UK.
