Our client is looking for a top-producing sales professional who can lead or existing sales team and expand our client base. We are looking for a natural “closer.” You will invest the time to truly understand a client’s need, then communicate precisely how we can serve them. After you are done evangelizing to prospective clients, they cannot get their hands on a pen fast enough to sign a contract.
About you
- Quotas are things you surpass, and often. You hate losing.
- You are motivated by aggressive targets and commensurate rewards.
- You have the energy for non-stop pitch calls through the day. People have called you a “machine.”
- You love optimizing your sales process. You A/B test scripts, review call recordings and dive into pipeline funnels.
- You have a passion for sales technology and always look for new ways to get leverage.
- You are thoughtful & introspective about your sales approach; it bothers you when people don’t consider sales an intellectual pursuit
- You have sales management experience
- You have experience selling DIY surveys or online sample
- You like to think holistically about the top line, and all the ways you can increase revenue.
- You appreciate how technology is changing the market research industry
- You are located in the San Francisco Bay Area and can work from the office to lead the team and interface with other functions.
- You have experience selling to brands and end clients and ad agencies.
