Overview

As our Director of Product, your role is to turn market, strategic and customer information into a clear product roadmap and customer adoption plan. You will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customers to guide products from conception to launch. You will bridge technology and business as you design services that our customers love. You will be ready to interact with customers and prospects while syncing the entire organization (engineering, sales, client services, marketing, designers and finance) to implement our vision.

Responsibilities

  • Build an incredible product team (recruiting, hiring, feedback, mentorship)
  • Gather requirements and gain a deep understanding of our customers and their needs
  • Build rigorous product roadmap by balancing short-term business goals with long-term vision and strategy
  • Balance new features, improvements, and bug fixes to ensure high velocity of value delivered to clients
  • Develop a keen understanding of buying personas, industry influencers and decision-makers
  • Become an expert on all company solutions and their applicability to various industries
  • Practice continuous learning by implementing product feedback loops (analytics, customer interviews, etc.) that inform decision making  
  • Represent the client brand to our customers, partners, and colleagues (Core Values: Customer Obsessed, Extreme Impact, Team Before Self)
  • Guide product development in an agile environment

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of successful experience in product management in an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, economics, psychology, physics, or similar field. Advanced degree preferred
  • Knowledge of the customer intelligence space (e.g. market research, customer experience, or similar)
  • Phenomenal analytical, writing, verbal and time management skills
  • Team player with demonstrated communication and leadership skills. Enjoy leading meetings and presenting in front of groups of colleagues, partners or customers
  • Previous experience practicing outbound product management. You relish the opportunity to meet with customers and prospects to gather requirements and introduce features
  • Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines while successfully juggling a multitude of projects simultaneously
  • Extremely high energy, highly self-motivated, and a passion for success
  • Bonus: UX experience  
  • Bonus: Software engineering experience
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is required
