The clinet's core product is the provision of online survey participants for market research companies and continues to expand with branches in Paris, Berlin, Cologne, London, Madrid, Leuven, Copenhagen, Odense, Stockholm and Helsinki. Therefore we search immediately in the country widely a Business development manager (f/m/d) in full time.
Your profile
- You have several years of successful sales experience in market research, preferably in the online panel industry.
- You are well networked and enjoy consulting and selling products & services that require explanation.
- With your hands-on mentality it is easy for you to create new sales opportunities.
- You are highly motivated to achieve your goals and to be successful in a team
- Your pronounced communication skills make it easy for you to build up close customer relationships
- The customer is the focus of your actions, because you want to understand his challenges and help him to succeed.
- You keep a cool head even on turbulent days and know how to prioritize
- Your affinity for numbers helps you in your daily work
- The days in the office will alternate with business trips (the largest within Germany).
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of business English
Your tasks
You report to the DACH Director. The following tasks await you:
- Winning new customers through the distribution of Bilendi Online Panels and digital, innovative data collection methods to market research agencies, companies, universities, etc.
- Development of an own customer base
- Regular presentations and sales talks with interested parties and customers
- Participation in industry events to generate new sales opportunities
- Stay up to date on new products, industry challenges, and competitive strengths and weaknesses
- Processing inquiries from existing and prospective customers, evaluating feasibility and preparing quotations
- Sales support and coordination of online field service projects from feasibility studies to tender preparation to invoicing
- Close cooperation with the project manager to ensure the success of the project
- Continuous maintenance of important key sales figures such as offers, contacts, meetings, etc.
