Digital Marketing Manager
Focus b2C lead generation and campaign management for online panels
The client is a leading provider of online panels in Europe with over 2 million respondents in 12 European countries. Their core product is the provision of online survey participants for market research companies as well as the implementation of online market research projects.
As a reinforcement for the team, we are looking for you in the area of online marketing for our office in Berlin.
Your tasks:
- Support and optimization of online campaigns for the direct recruitment of panelists for the portals
- Initiation and optimization of Paid Campaigns via social media
- Development of partnerships with high-reach companies as recruitment channels for our online panels
- E-mail campaigns to reactivate inactive participants
- Continuous monitoring of KPI regarding conversion and quality of lead sources
- Monthly evaluations and analyses using web-based tools
- Budget responsibility incl. planning and allocation
- Content support of the panel websites (texts, newsletters, etc.)
- Communication with agencies, service providers and business partners
- Collaborate closely with the sales and support team
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training or studies in marketing or similar
- At least 3-4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, especially in the field of lead generation, online campaigns
- Experience in dealing with web-based tools (e.B. content management systems, Google Adwords or Analytics)
- Very good time management as well as strong organizational ability
- Very good communication and teamwork
- Creativity and inventiveness of great advantage
- Personal responsibility and co-creation is expected
- Safe sense of speech and high affinity for numbers
- Fluent German and very good English skills
