The Client Manager will manage the sales process from outreach through to close out in the marketplace and drive sales of the company solutions to new/prospective clients. 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Manage existing relationships while always searching for opportunities to expand existing business
  • Excel with technology to deliver agile research solutions

  • Experience in helping clients adopt new technologies or approaches
  • High level of client engagement to develop commercially viable solutions  
  • Ability to deliver technology demonstrations and presentations
  • An ability to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Toluna products and services, relevant industry trends, and competition
  • 3+ years successful track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree /advanced degree or continuing education a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Drive prospecting efforts to win business from new/prospective clients and drive deeper client relationships
  • Manage existing client base and hunt for expansion opportunities within existing business
  • Develop & help maintain client relationships by conducting regular proactive contact
  • Responsible for managing the daily activities and relationship of clients and the sale of company solutions
  • Build a sales territory to uncover new business opportunities within the client base
  • Provide smooth transition of project specifications to the sales support team through effective internal communications and proper client profile documentation
  • Educating potential clients about Digital solutions and the client
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and solutions demonstrations, write proposals and provide bids to clients
  • Keeping a pulse of the progress of projects and follow up with clients in an effort to develop ongoing relationships and repeat business
