Associate Product Manager

We help companies get the user experience (UX) insights they need to deliver great digital experiences at scale through our all-in-one software platform and professional services teams. We believe that every company will soon be a digital experience company, and we want to help make those digital experiences better. We do this by providing UX insights to some of the biggest brands in the world so they, in turn, can improve the experience they give their customers.

As our Associate Product Manager, you’ll play a strategic role in our team who are responsible for how our products are built and how we bring offerings to the market. Your role will be varied and will include research and analysis of winning market strategies, the definition of unique competitive differentiation, pricing strategy, alignment and communication of release planning, and go-to-market delivery… to name a few!  

As part of the team that is managing the software product lifecycle,

you’ll be involved early in backlog grooming and release planning.

You will be developing specific plans and activities for our platform and supporting services products that enhance or distinguish our product placement within the UX Research, usability testing, and UX insights space.

You’ll also develop business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Working with UX research, you will gather market research data to identify optimal buyers and users, monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs.

You will also help establish and manage pricing strategies. 
As part of the product release process, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (including R&D, Sales, Marketing, eLearning, Support, UX, Research, among others) to develop innovative programs that help translate product strategy and features into recurring revenue!

Requirements

  • Here’s what we’ll be looking for in your experience:
    You’ll have a year or two of experience in a product-focused and market-facing role (e.g. advocating for customers, delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research)
  • You’ll be proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office and Google G Suite
  • Any experience of data analysis/data analytics will be really helpful
  • You’ll be an excellent communicator, comfortable with public speaking, able to work with senior stakeholder groups and a solid writer
  • You’ll be collaborative and able to work effectively with a wide group of people
