Fueled by 140+ builders and makers across offices in Denver and New York, our teams create and deliver powerful brand experiences across a spectrum of services, including insights, strategy, creative, culture, activation, branded environments, and BEAM—the world’s leading brand engagement and asset management platform. Humanizing Brands. Moving People.

We are looking for an Associate Director to join our growing insights team.  We believe that the role of research is to understand people. It’s not about delivering data points; it’s about understanding what matters to people so we can move them to action and create more human brand experiences. • Support the marketing and new business teams with their specific research needs (writing articles, creating case studies, building impactful data slides for pitches, leveraging secondary data sources, etc.)
  • Act as the day-to-day research lead with key clients: demonstrating an understanding of their business and industry, proactively meeting their needs, ensuring that the research meets their objectives and keeping them up to date with our thinking
  • Identify, engage, and manage the appropriate research vendors/partners for specific projects on which a vendor is needed, including establishing and managing all costs and invoices on projects
  • Design and manage quantitative research instruments, databases, and automated client dashboards
  • Create and deliver impactful reports and presentations that highlight key insights and convey complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Take responsibility for presentations, reports, and database management, ensuring that all information is factually accurate.
  • Create and lead opportunities to maintain or strengthen Monigle culture (training and shared learning opportunities, marketing opportunities, social events, and initiatives)

  • Well organized with strong attention to detail
