The client partners with clients looking for consumer insights in Asia through marketing research. We’re continuously growing our team of professionals to ensure our clients receive best in class marketing research solutions for the Asian market. Our US team supports the largest single market with consecutive years of historic sales growth. As such, we’re looking to have an experienced Account Manager to join our US Sales team to further strengthen our growth momentum.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key client accounts, identifying client’s online data collection needs and figuring out best solutions to exceed them. As part of the Sales team, the Account Manager will help drive revenue and profitability through strategic account planning, successful pitches and quotations, driven by proactive client communication. Key responsibilities:

• Design and execute strategic account plans for assigned key client accounts
• Engage clients to understand their research needs and interpret that to our solutions
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful pitches and quotes
• Follow through with clients to help ensure repeat business and overall account growth

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of relevant account management experience in online market research
• Account management experience with direct responsibility of account planning & growth
• Proven record of taking ownership of your work, not being afraid to take risks and challenges
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
• Proactive, open minded and self-motivated learner
• Passionate to work in multicultural environment

• Compensation: Commensurate to work experience (base salary + incentive bonus 2x/year)
• Job type: Full time non-exempt with 3-month introductory period
• Location: New York, NY
