DESCRIPTION

The client is looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Chicago. If you have SaaS sales experience and are looking for an opportunity to work in a truly disruptive environment, we would love to hear from you!

As an Account Executive you'll be responsible for:

  • Building, mapping out and executing against a business development plan which targets new clients that would benefit from our unique platform.
  • Using insight and challenger led sales methodology to teach clients about their industry and offer a unique perspective on their business which link to our value proposition.
  • Coach customer stakeholders and build consensus for the adoption of our platform throughout their organization.
  • Working in collaboration with our client success department to ensure client engagements are executed to perfection.
  • Establish deep-rooted and long term relationships with clients, evangelizing our platform for future success and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and secure strategic and profitable business relationships.
  • Experience in technology, market research or marketing technology.
  • Ability to get comfortable with high-level business dialogues with mid and senior executives.
  • A desire to win.
  • Experience in complex sales processes.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, true self-starter mentality.
  • Strategic Thinking: Systematically solves problems and hypothesizes possible customer pain points, expectations and implicit needs. Brainstorms with team members to devise solutions to solve complex deal challenges.
  • Communication skills: Tailoring communication to the customers need with authority; effectively delivers presentations and has strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Interpersonal Influence: Using rational and emotional drivers to appeal to customers and facilitates negotiation efforts in the business's favor.
  • Networking: Ability to identify the right customer stakeholders and builds rapport/establishes credibility to build consensus for deals.
