Account Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage your client portfolio that will include clients from market research agencies, panel companies and other similar organizations.
- Prospect New Business and Identify Opportunities for Cross Selling
- Provide demo’s and work with clients through testing process
- Proactively anticipate, problem solve, execute and/or escalate challenges in a timely manner and after exhausting all options
- Provide existing clients with advice, guidance and support
- Achieve and exceed the revenue targets and objectives set for you
Day to Day responsibilities include
- Identifying and Connecting with Prospective Clients with a goal of closing new deals
- Answering requests from existing and prospective clients
- Consulting on best ways to use services
- Preparing paperwork and managing Renewals and Upgrades
- Working closely with all teams (engineering, accounting, external partners, and management) to ensure that each account is managed in an optimal way
- Updating CRM system to ensure all quotes, projects, contacts and meetings are tracked
- Ensuring clients are billed timely and correctly
- Exceptional ability to multi-task, balance multiple projects and priorities
- Commitment to quality and customer service
- Willingness, creativity and problem-solving skills to do whatever it takes to get a new client or cross sell services
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of sales or account management experience (online market research panels a plus but will consider someone from a similar background).
- Great attention to detail, highly organized planner who is able to manage and communicate with multiple clients at a time
- Ability to manage stress and troubleshoot in high-pressure situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office: Excel/Word/PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
