The client is a premium, Hispanic market research panel company. We are a company at the cross-section of technology and immigration, we provide access to the largest Spanish-speaking audience in the United States. While the Hispanic consumer has traditionally been hard to reach, we have solved this problem by combining an exclusive recruiting arrangement with the LATAM Consulates in the US and a behaviorally driven, online recruitment strategy.  No other panel company has the same access to the consumer and consumer mindset.

About the Role:
The Account Executive is responsible for increasing company revenue by both hunting new business opportunities and farming an existing book of business. This role will be an essential part of the Business Development team and will work to influence the organization by helping to craft a winning, go-forward market research and data strategy. We are a young company with huge growth potential in a virtually uncontested aspect of the market research space.

Responsibilities:

  • Master our products, services, pricing, and how to apply these to satisfy client needs and fulfill project requirements
  • Manage great customer relationships built on trust and a history of excellent results
  • Respond to customer needs and pull in resources as appropriate to ensure we land and execute a bid to the client’s satisfaction
  • Maximize efficiency by executing bids effectively
  • Drive positive outcomes through seamless collaboration and communication with larger sales and client service teams
  • Always seek competitive insights and intelligence to inform the company of challenges and opportunities in the marketplace
  • Develop solutions aligned with needs and desires of the client

We are looking for:

  • Demonstrated success in managing a previous book of business
  • Resourceful and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail and metrics
  • Exceptional and proven ability in client satisfaction and re-engagement
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong Client Relationship building skill
  • Ability to quickly manage a pipeline
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Expert at discovery and understands the client’s needs beyond the details of a quote and leverages knowledge to uncover additional needs we can meet.
