Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Legacy and public telephony technologies - QSIG,Routing Plan ,Billing, 
  • IP Telephony protocols and architectures (SIP,SCCP,RTP, SRTP ...), 
  • Videoconferencing and telepresence protocols and architectures (H323,ISDN,SIP,GW,GK,MCU ...), 
  • FAX services and solutions (MFD, RightFax, Fax Over IP, T38), 
  • Voice and Mail Messaging solutions (Unity, Exchange, ...), 
  • Call center,IVR and Voice Recording solutions, 
  • Internal and Public Mobile Communication solutions, 
  • Web Voice Video and Conferencing Solution (and related Security aspects), 
  • Unified Communication (LDAP,AD, H350,XML,OCS,CUCM,CUPS.CUMA,...), 
  • Voice and Video Phone Proxying, 
  • Traffic encryption (HTTPS, IPSec, GRE), 
  • Network traffic segregation (VLAN, VRF, MPLS, trunking, etc.), 
  • Operation Management and Service Reporting, Mobility ( Jabber , Presence Server)
  • Design high availability topologies based on ether channel, bridge groups or routed interfaces on the IP telephony domain
  • Designing internal projects
  • Supporting the operation team during implementation
  • Assisting the support team during troubleshooting and problem solving. 
  • Writing implementation roadmaps for the configuration phase
  • Support the maintenance team during migrations and configurations

Qualifications

  • University Degree (of minimum 4 years after secondary school) in an ICT related field or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the specific domains as described in the above mentioned duties
  • In depth experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unified Survivable Remote Site Telephony Manager
  • Experience with Cisco Jabber
  • In depth experience with protocols relevant to audio-visual communication sessions such as: H323, SID, MGCP, SCCP..)
  • Experience with RTP and ISDN protocols analysis and experience in reconstructing RTP streams for voice quality issues
  • In depth experience with Cisco Extension Mobility and specifically with Telisca SSO application 
  • Experience with SNMP, SYSLOG, Active Directory and Exchange Server
  • Experience with VMWare workstation
  • Experience with Wireshark (Ethereal) would be desired
  • Language: English. French would be considered as a strong asset.
