- installation of OSSE (Open Source Registry System for Rare Diseases) and other registry-related software
- technical support to registries for OSSE, on-site installation, integration, training (this could be done at the registry's premises, requiring traveling)
- handling specific IT issues between registry users, the JRC and the original OSSE software developers
- modify OSSE to fix bugs or develop new functions (if required)
The person must be able to communicate with the project stakeholders in good English language, both spoken and written.
The person must be available to travel around Europe, reaching the rare diseases registries to install, integrate, train and support OSSE and other rare diseases related software.
