Description
Tasks:
Service Manager of network/security/Unified Communication services during transition (official in charge of will leave soon the Court, a new official will be recruit)
Follow services and operations delivered by external contractors
Follow technical projects initiated and new ones
Court representative/SPOC for internal meetings
Report to the Head of Unit
Qualifications:
University degree (minimum 4 yearspost-secondary education) in an ICT related field + minimum 8 years of professional experience in the domain (network/security/Unified Communication services)
Expert knowledge of ITIL best practices in ICT operations
Expert knowledge of tools for ICT management: standards, market trends, practical implementations
Expert technical knowledge of ICT infrastructure and systems
Recent practical experience with ICT operations: setup of operations, conducting of operations, implementation and follow-ups if SLAs
English and French are mandatory (level B2 or higher)
