Performing a state-of-play analysis in the area of document management especially design, transition and operations
Assessing a TO-BE situation in terms of processes and tools for the Document Management in design, transition and operations of the Core Business Systems
Ensuring that all processes related to Quality management are set up and maintained
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
Implementing the new process and maintaining the repositories
Supporting the project and operational teams on all issues related to document management design, transition and operations of the Core Business Systems
Writing and maintaining the manual for the policies and procedures
Performing regularly quality assessments
Education:
Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent) after the secondary school
Professional experience:
Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience as quality consultant.
Professional competencies
Proof read communication, documents, draft emails, etc as needed
Maintain high level of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to create professional documents and emails
