Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, min 3 years of higher studies after secondary school
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT sector
- Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems and related technologies (host and process geospatial data and services)
- Experience with UML and Enterprise Architect tool
- Knowledge and/or experience with back-end solutions based on JavaScript/Node.js and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB);
- Experience in design and implementation of data acquisition and transformation flows
- Experience with FME or equivalent open source data acquisition and transformation tools
- Very good capacity in preparing and writing technical documents in English;
- Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting
The following expertise would be an asset:
- Knowledge of INSPIRE and other related EU policies, such as SEIS and Copernicus
- Experience with PostgreSQL/PostGIS, MySQL or Oracle RDBMS
Languages:
- The consultant shall have a very good command of Italian and English.
- Project documentation is maintained in English.
