Description

The selected candidate will be in customer's premises starting the mid of May, 2014. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in our customer's team on site having a contract for one year plus opportunity to prolongue it.

  • Gather and document business requirements and assist stakeholders in prioritizing requirements;
  • Conduct feasibility and related studies and perform stakeholder analysis;
  • Create and maintain technical and user documentation as well as document standard operating procedures (in cooperation with the Quality Assurance team);
  • Perform business data modelling;  Model, analyse, and improve business processes;
  • Specify the user interfaces and develop use cases, test cases and contribute to testing;
  • Prepare training material and conduct user training;
  • Assist in the development and implemention of standards.

Needed skills:
  • University degree with minimum 2 years experience in IT and Business Analysis;
  • Hands on experience in requirements management in Agile environment and in developing use cases, user stories, and drafting user interfaces; 
  • Experience in software modelling techniques and modelling of functional requirements; 
  • Working experience in process mapping, workflow process analysis and process reengineering;
  • Proven experience in coordinating technical experts, developers and users and in facilitating meetings;
  • Expertise with UML, and CASE tools like Sparx Enterpise Architect;
  • Hands on experience with testing applications and training users;  Knowledge of MS Team Foundation Serverand with application development using MS SharePoint will be considered as an asset;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
