In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting our Data Visualization product, and contributing to developing and implementing our capabilities in this area. As a collaborative force, you'll work alongside clients at Market Research agencies and experts in Project Management, Survey Programming, and Data Processing. Together, we'll lead the design and production of captivating data deliverables, including cutting-edge online dashboards and automated PowerPoint charts.

But that's not all! As a Sr. Manager, you'll be able to showcase our remarkable data analysis and visualization capabilities through client demos. You'll be the driving force behind providing day-to-day support to clients using our powerful data analysis and visualization platform.

We're seeking an ideal candidate who is a true team player, well-versed in the entire market research process and possesses expertise in data processing, analysis, and visualization. Moreover, you'll be familiar with survey programming and data collection standards, effortlessly communicating with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings.

As a Sr. Manager, Data Visualization, your responsibilities will include:

- Understanding clients' business questions and research-related needs, proposing approaches and data deliverables that surpass client expectations.
- Demonstrating a strong ability to work with raw survey data, performing quality assurance checks, formatting, and visualizing data to help clients derive actionable insights.
- Ensuring that client objectives are met throughout the process.
- Maintaining a proven track record of delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
- Being a fast learner who takes the initiative and is driven to explore new techniques and experiment.
- Thriving as a strong team player while effectively managing multiple ongoing projects.
- Assisting in developing and optimizing new and existing products and services.

About You:

To excel in this role, we envision the following qualifications and traits:

- 8+ years of quantitative market research experience, specifically in data processing, analysis, and visualization.
- Expertise in data visualization and market research survey deliverables.
- Proficiency in scoping, building, and managing client-facing dashboards.
- A passion for working in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Comfortability with delivering efficient solutions promptly.
- Meticulous attention to detail coupled with strong critical-thinking abilities.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

It's an added advantage if you have experience with the following:

- Working with Forsta/Dapresy.
- Utilizing data analysis tools such as SPSS, Survey Reporter, Q, DisplayR, etc., and/or R.
- Familiarity with Survey Programming and Reporting platforms like Confirmit, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel VBA.
- Some exposure to AI.

Please note that the salary offered will depend on factors such as your experience in the role, industry, knowledge, and skills, and educational background. As a multi-state employer, the work location may influence the final compensation.
