Account Director

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently drive client relationships and volume of business
  • Manage a yearly revenue portfolio, with focus on achieving quarterly/yearly profitability targets
  • Manage/Supervise proposal writing/project management for key accounts including assessment of feasibility/ challenges/ pricing and field estimation
  • Leading, training, and managing a moderate size team
  • Ensure team compliance with service delivery guidelines, leading to client satisfaction
  • Identify and capitalize "add-on" sales opportunities to increase revenue
  • Understand latent needs of client, and pitch in relevant company products and services
  • Expand client relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Work in close proximity with regional sales team
  • Resolve issues and problems faced by clients and efficiently manage escalations to maintain trust
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Derive meaningful conclusions and action plans from account metricsOverseas travel for client meetings/conferences

Key Skills
  • Graduate/Post Graduate with 6+ years of experience in Market Research/MR BPO/Online Panels
  • Proven ability of managing client relationships
  • Thorough understanding of market research products and services
  • Ability in problem solving and negotiations
  • Client service background (target oriented)
  • Should have managed individual P&L in his previous roles
  • Ability to work with multi-cultural teams
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
